We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Accounts and Admininstrative Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- The Accounts and Administrative Officer will support our daily accounts and office procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Be accountable for financial reporting to strict monthly deadlines
- Essential ability to set up an efficient finance function
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Proven work experience as an Accounts and Administrative Officer
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting or Business Administration
- Candidate should 3 – 10 years experience.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point)
- Proficient in use of accounting software( Sage or QuickBooks)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
