We seek to urgently recruit an experienced candidate to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Admin
Level: Middle Level

Job Description

  • Liaise with various vendors/service providers and government officials e,g Lawma , newspapers, intercom
  • Monitoring and ensuring that the maintenance of the company’s facility are up to date
  • Responsible for Stationery Maintenance
  • Process invoices of all admin related service providers and ensure prompt payment
  • In charge of Store management
  • Maintain general administrative procedures and functions
  • Supervises and ensures cleanliness of the environment and office Ambience
  • Fleet Management
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Educational Qualification and Experience

  • B.Sc / HND in any discipline
  • Additional qualification/certification is an advantage
  • Experience in the use of ERP software may be an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years hands-on experience in Admin functions
  • Demonstrable experience in fleet management, store management, facility management and general administrative functions.

Remuneration
Negotiable
