Job Title: Junior Market Analyst

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Implementing market research to obtain data and other useful information on mobile money service market from a variety of sources (e.g. interviews, cold-calls)
  • Have a basic understanding of the data and information to yield meaningful insights (e.g. market sizing, growth, competitiveness).
  • Strong quantitative analysis capabilities
  • Industry experience/market analysis experience preferred
  • Author research reports and presentations, prepare market forecasts, and draft articles within one or more areas of personal expertise.
  • Assisting the research leadership in the overall research process
  • Preparing presentation materials for use with clients and staff.
  • Communicating methodologies, findings, and recommendations to clients and staff.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Recently graduated or expected to graduate in 2021.
  • Have a basic understanding about finance, consulting, or marketing analytics strategy.
  • Have the basic analytical skills and research methodology.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Access to a laptop with good internet connectivity will be added advantage.
  • Enthusiasm and initiative to work independently and as part of a project team
  • Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and drive work streams with minimal supervision.




Job Title: Anti-fraud Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are currently seeking Fraud Investigations Analysts to assist our Risk Control in providing a professional investigating, monitoring, detection and recovery service to protect the company from losses due to fraudulent applications, internal fraud and other risk events across the Group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct objective, fair, thorough, unbiased and timely investigations into allegations of fraud, waste or abuse committed by clients against our company
  • Monitor fraud alerts and review fraud cases, investigate possible matches and minimize losses by taking appropriate action when ‘hits’ are identified.
  • Proactively monitor and review any activities, transactions and data suspected for possible fraud across all payment channels by utilizing appropriate analytical techniques.
  • As needed, contact customers regarding the status of their payments or supporting evidence while providing excellent customer support
  • Provide support to the Operational, Compliance and Business units of the organization on fraud related matters


  • Qualification: HND, BSc
  • Qualification relating to fraud, investigations or regulatory compliance is highly desirable
  • Should possess knowledge of fraud prevention/detection techniques, and Fraud Management.
  • 1 – 2 years (or less) of experience in an analytical, operations, or finance role. Experience at a payments, finance, fin-tech, or technology company a plus.
  • Team player and collaborates with others constructively and positively. Able to communicate and collaborate with global colleagues in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
  • Proficient in the use of social media (Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, Vskit)




Job Title: Payment Channel Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Expand payment channels including but not only focusing on banking, switching company, PTSP, PSSP, etc.
  • Work closely with internal products, operation, settlement and compliance teams to fully understand payment channel requirements.
  • Develop and adjust business development plans of connecting payment channels based on different sets of strategic priorities.
  • Ensure payment channels has stable connection with our system and provide quick response to any channel related issues.
  • Work closely with operation teams to suggest and recommend new initiatives that could improve customers experience with the usage of our mobile application and payment system.
  • Prepare competitor’s product comparative analysis, identifying areas for improvement of our company’s product and channel capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • HND / BSc in Social Sciences or related field of study.
  • Not less than three (3) years proven experience in BD Manager position at payment companies, banks, and/or Partnership Manager ideally focused on the payment segment working with key stakeholder. This is a prerequisite.
  • Comprehensive understanding of e-wallet and payment business, great understanding of agency banking and merchant scenarios.
  • Extremely flexible, result oriented, hardworking with a strong track record of success.
  • Good at drafting business/product/service proposal, delivering presentation, negotiating commercials and driving the conversation on the right track.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed channel target.
  • Able to analyze data and channel statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions.
