Job Description
- We need the services of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive our products, basically Savings, Loans, Card products, Real Estate, Finance etc and cordiante other staff towards meeting set targets / goals.
Responsibilities / Job Description
- Co-ordinate the entire marketing Team
- Drive Deposits, including fixed Deposits etc
- Drive sales of the Co-ops Prepaid Cards.
- Ensure Profitability of the Institution.
- Effective Customer Relationship Management.
- Carry out Monthly Perfmance Reviews
- Reports to the Branch Manager.
- Drive Real Estate Finance Loans with our Partners.
- Drive Personal, Business and quick loans
- Help Drive/Achieve all Marketers and Branch budget.
Minimum Qualifications
- First Degree / HND in any of the Social Sciences.
- At least 3 years working experience, in a Banking, Marketing, Insurance or related Financial Service institution.
- Good Knowledge of Port Harcourt / Neighboring Market.
- Ability to achieve set goals.
- Managerial Experience and ability to work through others is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skill.
Salary
N1,800,000 – N2,160,000 Annually.
