Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell, Sell and Sell
  • Develop and deploy strategy collaboratively with relevant Sales and cross-functional leads to understand and meet market demands to improve business performance.
  • Create and generate databases to ease marketing activities.
  • Ensure a commanding presence both online and offline
  • Keep TMA with all our customers
  • Coordinate and drive awareness on social media
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure your customers are catered for regularly and promptly
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
  • Implement branded company-wide promotional campaigns including store specific promotional campaigns
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance analysis
  • Report to, and attend regular meetings on Sales and marketing
  • Establish relationships with the local community and undertake activities that comply with the company’s corporate social responsibility programs.

Working Hours:

  • Hours of work are generally long and should be willing to work weekends and on public holidays.

What to Expect:

  • The environment is fast paced, with an emphasis on delivering good customer service in a limited time frame. The work can therefore be both physically and mentally demanding.
  • You may usually wear a company uniform and dress in accordance with company branding from time to time.


  • Minimum of University degree in any field
  • A minimum of 5 – 10 years
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in food retail business
  • Previous roles in middle or senior management in food retail or supermarket management will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient computer skills and tech-savvy
  • Experience in sales and marketing with strong resilient and tenacity traits
  • Training and knowledge of food preparation, storage and hygiene regulations will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Content Operator

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Monitor, identify and collect breaking news and trending topics, send daily push notification based on user behavior and location
  • Source, edit, and publish good articles to provide high-quality feeds.
  • Familiar with local and worldwide content creator including news agencies, bloggers, social media influencers and be able to work on a content partnership
  • Analyze social media trends and user behavior, research good APPs, then share insight with the teams to improve the web browser.


  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or any related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience working full time in the News industry in the capacity of Journalists, News Editor, Content Writer and any related role.
  • Passionate about social media, sensitive to trends, familiar with common people’s language and culture. familiar with recent news around Africa and the world
  • Strong ownership and positivity, fast-learning ability, and good communication skill with different people.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

N100,000 – N150,000 / Month.
