Job Title: Front Desk / Administrative Officer
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- The Front Desk/Admin Officer is responsible greeting guests, answering to client inquiries, ordering office supplies and ensuring constant availability of office supplies, maintaining the reception area and general office clean and organized, updating records and files, maintaining schedules among other administrative duties
- Minimum of BSc in relevant course.
- Demonstrate high level of verbal communication, interpersonal skills, good customer service and professionalism
- Must possess basic knowledge of MS OfficeCandidates living in Ajah and its environs are strongly advised to apply.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Young, vibrant and must possess a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
