We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Admin Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Create and run the recruitment process effectively. Advertise job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, check the details, etc.
  • Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures, collecting background, and completing successful candidates’ documentation.
  • Prepare employee payroll and bonus system..
  • Ensure the pension schemes are properly administered and in compliance with regulations.
  • Managing employee relations, Administering and executing routine employee relationship management tasks in a consistent, fair, and defensible manner.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Manage all training and ensure employee training compliance.
  • Evaluate and manage staff performance, overseeing the work of all employees to ensure they work productively.
  • Assist in formulating MH Nigeria’s salary system and bonus system in line with the local incentive compensation system.
  • Ensure the pension schemes are properly administered and in compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of other company benefits packages.


  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as & a Human Resources Personnel & Administrative.
  • Minimum academic qualification of BSC in personnel management or its equivalent; social science field can apply.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
  • Leadership and management skill is a must for this role.
  • Computer skills Excellent written and Spoken communication skills;
  • Problem Solve, Conflict resolution, HR software skills (Zoho People/BambooHR)
  • Ability to work and deliver under pressure;

N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
