Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Job Summary

  • The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the company’s digital marketing activities, programmes and strategies to increase traffic acquisition and conversion via digital channels, and boost e-commerce sales.
    He/she will help in the planning, execution and optimization of online marketing and e-commerce efforts as well as promotion of products and services through various digital channels.
    The successful candidate will work closely with the internal marketing team and the external digital agencies to achieve specific company objectives set by the Management such as; increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.

Job Description

  • Responsible for customers’ acquisition, engagement and retention leveraging on all digital platforms. Champions traffic acquisition and conversion using all digital marketing tools
  • Maintain company’s social media presence across all digital channels and grow followers on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media. Plan and execute promotions using digital
  • Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.
  • Create social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
  • Manage SEO campaigns.
  • Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Console, WebTrends, etc.)
  • Website optimization and website content management system using WordPress, HTML, CSS, C++, Java Script
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.

Qualification and Experience

  • A minimum of First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Computer Sciences or in a related field preferred 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in digital marketing, CMS, web design, graphic design and video editing
  • Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, SEM, e-commerce and web analytics)
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Console, WebTrends)
  • Professional use of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Aftereffect, and Canva to create images and designs
  • Excellent knowledge of website optimization using CMS, HTML, CSS, C++, Java Script,
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences, media vehicles and devising media campaigns that engage, inform, educate and motivate
  • Experience with social media management systems like Hootsuite
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skill
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office and content marketing skill
  • Can do attitude, goal-getter, a team player and hungry for success.

Job Title: Manager, Retail Sales (B2C)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Manager, Retail Sales (B2C) will be responsible for all sales strategies and tactics to drive the growth of retail sales in all product categories. He or she must ensure consistent delivering on retail sales targets in value and volume.

Job Description

  • Plan, organise, execute and monitor daily sales activities across all customer touch points
  • Supervise daily store activities
  • Plan and execute in store promos to increase upselling and cross selling
  • Create attractive ambiance, appealing shopping environment and excellent customer shopping experience
  • Take ownership of the company’s monthly retail sales target and ensure the same is achieved
  • Oversee and maintain attractive products display and visual merchandising of the offered products at all times
  • Ensure display shelves are filled to the brim and optimum stock is carried at all times
  • Coordinate flow of goods from the stores to the sales floor and oversee merchandise replenishment

Job Title: Customer Experience and Process Improvement Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Customer Experienceand Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for providing potential and existing customers with exceptional services by identifying customer needs, responding to customer queries, and collaborating with internal departments to optimize customer experience and brand awareness across all touch points.
  • Responsible for driving process compliance within our operations; to identify and communicate metrics for measurement of continuous improvement along with mououonitoring and analyzing quantitative and qualitative results related to initiatives on a continual basis.
  • He/She will report to the Head, Sales and Marketing and will provide the administrative, business improvement, process re-engineering, business intelligence and analytical support required for efficient management of the customer life journey to meet company’s objectives of profitability, customer success and stakeholder experience.

Job Description

  • Documenting processes and escalating customer issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints

Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for providing and overseeing all marketing communications activities, programmes and strategies aimed at promoting the organisation’s corporate image, building emotional connections with customers, managing the organisation’s interface with the media, other corporate entities and the public/society at large, and ensuring that internal and external communication activities are in line with corporate communications policies and procedures as well as national/ international media standard.
  • He/she must develop creative ways of getting the right words out there to the right audience using the right media at the right time. Responsible for building positive perception towards the brand and creating more demand for the organisation’s products.

Job Description

  • Oversee all marketing communications activities, programmes, and strategies of the organisation: branding & advertising, internal & external communications, product marketing, consumer marketing, experiential marketing, market research, corporate social responsibility, public relations, and events
  • Plan, organise, produce, deploy and monitor all ATL, BTL, TTL and Digital campaigns
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date brand manual for all internal and external branding protocols
  • Function as the production hub for all marketing communications activities, managing quality and effectiveness from design through production
  • Maintain brand integrity across product categories, advertising and all other internal and external communication platforms
  • Exploit business intelligence and competitor analysis, utilizing market trends to maintain brand leadership position at all times
  • Manage budgets and financial related to marketing communications campaigns
  • Facilitate and champion campaigns to exploit market opportunities that reflect and align with the organisation’s brand values and will grow market share
  • Ensure all internal and external communications are consistent with the company’s brand positioning

Qualification and Experience

  • A minimum of First Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, English or in a related field preferred 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a structured organisation, retail or advertising agency
  • Membership of APCON, NIPR, NIMN or CIM will be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Copywriting skills with excellent understanding of media landscape
  • Strategic business knowledge and commercial operational understanding
  • Strong relationship management, strategic partnership and influencing skills, both internally and externally
  • Experience in management of complex, multi-stakeholder projects and achieving goals on time and to budget.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of management information and reports
  • Sound knowledge of marketing communications strategies, research, media planning, media buying, media monitoring, report writing, proposal writing and presentation skills.
