We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale is closed.
- Utilize systems and coordinates customer relation requirements as appropriate.
- Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
- To maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business
- Present the company’s products to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, virtual meetings, cold calls and emails.
- Schedule and conduct site inspections and follow up effectively with client till closure.
- Design / draft content filled proposals to prospective clients.
- Arrange / design advertising to promote the property(ies)
- Generate new leads on weekly basis
- Meet at least 60% of monthly target
- Increase monthly social media presence
- Number of property sold in a month.
- Use of CRM
- Products Knowledge.
- Reports writing.
- Interested candidates should possess an S.S.C.E / OND qualification with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
N70,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
