Job Description
Institute of Rural Development and Urban Management (IRDUM) state reps are in charge of several tasks. Below is a list of the most important tasks they will be in charge of:
- Create persuasive arguments to sell IRDUM to professional, politicians, entrepreneurs and those in offices
- Maintain positive relationships with the public.
- Write up reports on partner’s satisfaction.
- Keep up with current sales trends.
- Organized quarterly inductions
- Organized monthly meetings with the public.
- Canvass for more partners and members
- Regularly reach out to potential partners.
- Set and maintain target goals.
- Communicate with team members regularly.
- Answer partner’s questions.
Job Requirements / Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- Highly motivated.
- Humble and open to feedback.
- Excellent customer service.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Organized.
- Great at time management.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 monthly
