We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

 

Job Title: Hotel Housekeeper

Location: Egbeda, Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Enter guest rooms by adhering to proper procedures and ensure they are vacant.
  • Replace used amenities in guest rooms.
  • Adjust furniture, desk items, and appliances when necessary.
  • Dust furnishings and walls and remove marks from them
  • Provide immediate report of any safety hazards, injuries, maintenance problem, or accidents to the supervisor
  • Provide support to team to achieve common goals.
  • Maintain quality standards and expectations.
  • Provide clean linens and towels for dirty ones.
  • Fold towels, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are clean.
  • Take away room service items, dirty linen, and trash.
  • Perform check on all room appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of School Certificate and experience on the job is an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years work experience.

 

 

Job Title: Hotel Porter

Location: Egbeda, Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Carry luggage for guest;
  • Cleaning the lobby when necessary
  • Running errands, such as picking up dry cleaning and as necessary:
  • Answering queries about the rooms;
  • Giving guests directions;
  • Any other assignment by management from time to time

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience

 

 

Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

Location: Egbeda, Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos

Job Description

  • Welcome and greet guests
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Inform guests of hotel rates and services
  • Make and confirm reservations for guests
  • Ensure proper room allocation
  • Register and check guests in
  • Confirm relevant guest information
  • Verify guest’s payment method
  • Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization
  • Issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings
  • Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts
  • Receive and transmit messages for guests
  • Retrieve mail, packages and documents such as faxes for guests
  • Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
  • Provide accurate information about local attractions and services
  • Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests
  • Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by management
  • Manage conference room bookings and scheduling
  • Close guest accounts and check guests out
  • Review accounts and charges with guests during the check-out process
  • Process accurate payment of guest accounts
  • Inform housekeeping when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning
  • Monitor visitors to the hotel
  • Enforce rules and policies of the hotel
  • Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience

 

 

Job Title: Hotel Manager

Location: Egbeda, Iyana-Ipaja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth daily operations of the whole hotel.
  • Manage staff members and guests expectations.
  • Prepare, implement and monitor operating, marketing and sales budgets.
  • Attend to guests’ complaint.
  • Ensure adherence to checklists, SOPs and job descriptions.
  • Maximize profit while minimizing expenditure.
  • Provide direction for the heads of departments.
  • Provide a framework for the maintenance of the rooms and restaurant.
  • Have a good accounting knowledge to under the financial reports to be presented.
  • Send daily report to the owner(s).
  • Hold briefings, meetings and trainings with the staff members.
  • Deploy necessary aids and logistics for heads of departments to meet their targets.
  • Ensure revenue is sustained and surpassed and never below expectation.
  • Create a good business relationship with vendors for credit facilities.
  • Ensure the hotel maintenance team are at the best.
  • Procurement is done following the laid down process.
  • Ensure the hotel is always clean and welcoming.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety precautions.
  • Ensure adherence to the quality of food prepared in the kitchen.
  • Responsible for the security of staff members and guests.
  • Sign off on requisitions from departments.
  • Partake in disciplinary panels.
  • Approves recruitment and dismissal of staff members.
  • Periodic evaluation of staff performance.
  • Encourage staff growth.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an B.scqualification in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Front office experience: managing reservations online.
