We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Van Sales Representative (Van Driver)
Location: Ijesha – Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
- Minimum of SSCE
- Healthy and physically fit
- A good driver with valid driver’s license
- Must have LASRI
- Basic IT skills (to operate sales device tools)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in order taking/selling.
Skills & Key Behavioural Competencies:
- Smart, Numeric, Dutiful, Confidence, Outgoing, Driven, Trustworthy
- Must be resident in and around Mushin and Ijesha Surulere, Lagos State.
- Must be conversant with Lagos roads
- Must be conversant with driving a 6 tires vehicle.
- To ensure the required outlets coverage, products distribution and also volume target for the assigned route is acheived.
- Ensure all brands /SKUs are loaded on truck daily before trucking out.
- Ensure priority brands are listed and available in the right quantity in all outlets, while ensuring no out of stock situation for other SKUs.
- Sell all brands and SKUs to all customers without discrimination and achieve his volume target.
- To go to trade with all reguired selling tools.
- To merchandize all products while selling in all outlets.
- To always sell within assigned selling route/territory daily with no criss-crossing.
- Effectively execute outlet activation standards in all assigned outlets.
- Order delivery.
- Use sales device in every call.
- Print a receipt via the sales device for every producive call.
- 100% reconciliation everyday.
Pay is N50,000 and there is an incentive that comes along with the salary monthly.
